DEVILED STEAK Ingredients: 1 1/2lbs beef round steak,cut 3/4 inch thick 2 tbsps. cooking oil 1/2 cup tomato sauce 1/2 cup medium onion, chopped 2 tbsps. vinegar 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 2 tsps. extra-hot horseradish 1 clove garlic, minced 2 habanero's ( Can use Chilies.) Dash of hot pepper sauce (Your choice) !/2 tsp. cayenne powder 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2/3 cup cold water 1/3 cup all-purpose flour Hot cooked noodles |

Method: 1.Trim off excess fat from meat; Cut meat into cubes. 2.Using a skillet brown meat on all sides in hot oil;drain. Transfer meat to saucepan. 3.Stir in tomato sauce, mustard, vinegar, horseradish, hot sauce, garlic, onion, habenero's, cayenne powder, salt and pepper, and 1 cup water. 4.Cover. Cook on low-heat setting for 2-3 hrs. 5. Turn to high-heat setting. Blend cold water slowly into flour; stir into meat mixture. 6.Cook until thickened. Stir occasionally. 7.Serve over noodles.
