DEVILISH PORK CHOPS Ingredients: 4 pork chops, 1" thick ½ cup water ¼ cup hot chili sauce 1 8oz bottle, Italian dressing 2 drops, hot pepper sauce (Your choice of sauce) 1/3 tsp. Seasoned salt ¼ tsp. Dry mustard dash pepper 1 tbsp. Bacon drippings |

Method: 1. In a bowl, combine the water, Italian dressing, chili sauce, hot pepper sauce, seasoned salt, mustard, and pepper. 2. Marinate pork chops in mixture for 1 hour, turn meat occasionally. Drain, reserving marinade. Dry chops. 3. Using a skillet, brown chops on both sides in bacon drippings; drain off excess fat. Add reserved marinade to skillet. Cover, cook until chops are nice and tender. Approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. 4. Remove chops to a platter and spoon over sauce from skillet covering chops. Serves 4. A delicious, but… DEVILISH meal, one you and your family and friends will certainly enjoy!!!!!!!!! |
