  DIABLO MEATBALLSThese are meatballs with attitude. Ingredients : For the meatballs 1lb. Lean Ground Beef cup of bread crumbs One onion, one chili pepper and a clove of garlic, finely diced One egg tsp. of cayenne pepper Pinch of salt and black pepper For the hotsauce Two bottles of Hot Ketchup Two tbsp. of apple jelly |

Method: 1.Preheat oven to 350F 2. Combine all the meatball ingredients. Mix well and make meatballs to desired size. Put in preheated oven for ten minutes. 3. In medium saucepan combine hot ketchup and apple jelly. Simmer for ten minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Add meatballs to sauce, stirring occasionally. Simmer for thirty minutes. 5. Serve over pasta or rice Have cold drinks available to quench the fire! This is a simple recipe for those who like the heat. Enjoy |
