Fiery Hot Barbecue Sauce There is nothing to compete with your homemade hot sauce. Guaranteed to raise your internal thermometer. Phew! Ingredients : 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp. cooking oil 2 cups hot ketchup 1/3 cup white vinegar cup of molasses 2 tbsp. hot pepper sauce 2 tsp. cayenne pepper 11/2 tsp. of chili powder 1 tsp. ground coriander 1 tsp. of dry mustard tsp. ground cumin A dash of seasoned salt |

Method: 1. Take a medium size pan, add cooking oil, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Cook gently on a low heat until onion is soft. 2. Stir in hot ketchup, white vinegar, molasses, hot pepper sauce, cayenne pepper, chili powder, coriander, dry mustard, cumin, and dash of seasoned salt. 3. Bring ingredients to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes about 3 cups Great for a barbecue get together.
