OAHU "DIP AND CHIP" DIP

Shape the dip into a mountain and frame with raw vegetables and chips of your choice.

Chileheads may add raw hot peppers of their choice!

Ingredients:

3 cups cream-style cottage cheese
3 pkg (8oz each) cream cheese, softened
6 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
8 celery stalks, sliced
4 lrg. carrots, peeled, sliced diagonally
2 lrg. cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1 lrg. green pepper, quartered, seeded and cut into bite size bites
1 lrg. red pepper, quartered, seeded and cut into bite size bites
1 cherry tomato
1 sml. head of cauliflower, seperated in flowerets
1 cup pitted ripe olives
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. seasoned salt
few drops of red pepper sauce
Chips of your choice

Method:

1.Combine cottage cheese, creamed cheese, and blue cheese,seasoned salt, few drops of red pepper sauce and stir into a large bowl. Beat until completely blended. Cover. Chill several hours or until firm enough to handle.
2.Spoon cheese mixture in the center of a large serving tray. Pat into a mountain shape, then press parsley flakes into cheese to cover the bottom two thirds.
3.Cut olives lengthwise into wedges, arrange over cheese in a spiral pattern almost to the top.
4. Slice cherry tomato into eights from blossoms end, almost to stem end. Seperate cuts slightly to form petals. Stand on top of cheese. Arrange carrot, cucumber and celery slices, green and red peppers pieces, cauliflowerets and chips in seperate piles around cheese. Not only will this look sensational, it'll taste it too!

Serves 16.
