SAUSAGE CHILI Ingredients: 1lb. Bulk Italian sausage 1lb. Ground beef 2 151/2 oz cans red-kidney beans, drained 1 28 oz can tomatoes, cut up 1 cup onions, diced 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped 1 cup celery, sliced 1 6 oz can tomato paste 2 red chilies, seeded, diced 2 green chilies, seeded, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tsp. Salt 2 drops, hot pepper sauce (Your choice!) 2 tsp. Chili powder |

Method: 1. Using a fry pan, skillet cook sausage and ground beef until browned; drain off excess fat. Transfer meat to pot or crockery cooker. 2.Stir in all the remaining ingredients. 3.cover and cook on low heat setting for about 3-4 hours. Stirring occasionally. SERVES 10 TO 12.
