GREEN OLIVES STUFFED WITH HABANEROS Ingredients: Prepare 2 days in advance. 1 jar green pitted olives 12-15 habanero's, ( seeded, diced finely.) 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tbsp. red cooling wine 1/2 tsp. red cayenne 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1/2 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. dried parsley 1 clove, garlic, chopped finely |

Method: 1.Stuff the green olives with the habanero's. 2.Combine remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. 3.Add to the oil mixture, stir, cover evenly. 4.Cover and marinate in refrigerate for two days. Stirring occasionally. Serves 20 - 25 |
