This is a great Winter Warmer. Ingredients : 4 pieces of skinless, boneless chicken 4 cups water 1 can cream of chicken soup 1can cream of mushroom soup 2 carrots, peeled, sliced into rounds 2 celery stalks, sliced clockwise 2 onions diced 2 habenaro type peppers, seeded, diced 1 level tbsp. of hot curry paste (Vindaloo for extra heat) 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1-tsp. parsley flakes 1 tsp. ground cayenne, cumin, coriander Black pepper and seasoned salt |

1. Preheat oven to 375 F (175C) In a large casserole dish, add both cans of soup. Stir in 4 cups of water slowly. Continue stirring. 2. Mix in curry paste, Worcestershire & Tabasco sauce, parsley flakes and remaining spices. 3. Add carrots, celery stalks, onions and habenaros 4, Lastly, place chicken in dish. Ensuring the pieces are covered by sauce. Cook for one hour with lid on Serves 4. Goes great with rice and a side dish of salad. Cold drink optional. My husband loves it anytime.... |
