TRADITIONAL ENGLISH YORKSHIRE PUDDING

This pudding is not a dessert, rather a traditional English recipe, served with roast beef.

Ingredients :
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp. melted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Method:
1. Preheat oven at 375f (190c)
2. Lightly beat the eggs till foamy. Add milk and melted butter. Mix into the egg mixture the flour and salt. Stir well. Then beat mixture with a beater.
3. Use the fat from your roast beef, and pour into a baking pan, lightly covering the bottom. Pour batter into baking pan.
4.Bake at 375f (190c) for 30 minutes or until pudding is puffy and a light golden brown. Cut up the sections and place along side of your roast beef dinner. It'll make your dinner a delightful one!

To make this English meal complete, add a couple of spoons of horseradish sauce on the side, for each serving.
