TURKEY WITH SMOKED CHILI BARBEQUE SAUCE Ingredients:

Method: 1. Add vinegar in a pot, add the spices and bring to a boil for approximately 3 minutes. Set aside. 2. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté’ both the onion and garlic for approximately 5 minutes. Add sugar and boil for another two minutes. Stir in vinegar mixture, chillies, water, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. 3. Cook on low-heating setting. For approximately 30 minutes. Allow turkey thighs to cool, before pouring over turkey. 4. Place thighs in a shallow baking dish, pour sauce covering the thighs. Cover. Chill for 2 hours, turn the turkey at least once during the marinating. 5. Preheat the broiler on medium heat. 6. Drain turkey thighs and place on a foiled-lined broiler rack. Broil 15 minutes, turning occasionally brushing with marinade sauce, until the turkey is cooked. Serve with a garden salad and a rice salad.
